For the longest time, I lived as if my own stomach was my enemy. Every single day, I woke up feeling heavy, bloated, and uncomfortable as though someone had pumped air into my belly overnight. Sometimes, I could go two or three days without visiting the toilet, and when I finally did, it felt like a battle.
