I had been working at Lakeview Technologies in Nairobi for almost five years when I first realized something was off. My name is Daniel Okello, and I had started as a junior analyst fresh out of university, full of ambition and ready to climb the corporate ladder. I loved my job and often stayed late to ensure projects were delivered perfectly.
