For years, I lived under the shadow of debt. Every day was a battle, not with work or life, but with numbers on a page and calls I could not answer. Money was no longer a tool β€” it was a chain. Bills piled up faster than I could pay them. Creditors’ calls became my alarm clock, my nerves were always frayed, and the shame weighed heavier than the debt itself.
