I remember the day I decided to start my small business with so much hope in my heart. It felt like my last chance to change my life. I invested everything I had—my savings, borrowed money, and even contributions from friends who believed in me. I told myself this was it. This business would finally lift me out of struggle, give me dignity, and prove to everyone that I was capable of success. I worked day and night, convinced that hard work alone would guarantee results.
At first, things looked promising. Customers came, orders were made, and I felt proud handing out receipts with my business name on them. But that excitement didn’t last long.
