Shock and disbelief gripped residents of Kumasi in Ghana after a sitting Member of Parliament was reportedly seen eating grass in public following a financial scandal that left a prominent pastor ruined.
According to sources close to the case, the MP had allegedly conned a well-known Pentecostal pastor out of $525,000 in what was presented as a high-return investment scheme tied to land and government tenders.
