Panic briefly gripped parts of Nairobi CBD after a man was heard releasing heavy screams in public, drawing crowds and forcing pedestrians to stop and stare. Witnesses said the man appeared overwhelmed and disoriented as he shouted loudly, attracting attention from shop owners and passersby.
