Residents of an estate in Eldoret were left in disbelief after a mobile phone that had been stolen earlier in the week mysteriously appeared at its owner’s doorstep accompanied by a handwritten apology note.
The incident began when a young shop attendant reported that his smartphone had disappeared during a busy evening at a small electronics shop where he works.
