Drama unfolded in Kampala after an angry customer reportedly chased a barber through the street over a haircut that left him looking nothing like himself. Witnesses near Kisekka and Nakasero said people burst into laughter as the barber ran for safety while the embarrassed client demanded answers.
For Ronald Ssemanda from Nansana, the headline sounded funny, but it reminded him of a painful time when his own life felt completely out of shape. He said nothing was working. His small shoe stall near Owino Market was struggling, debts were growing and peace at home had disappeared.
“I looked calm outside, but I was under serious pressure,” Ronald said. “Every day brought a new problem.”
Ronald explained that customers had reduced sharply and arguments at home had become normal because of money stress. He was working hard, yet progress seemed impossible. One afternoon, while buying stock near Kalerwe Market, he met a friend called Denis Ojara.
Denis shared his own testimony and told him about Dr Kashiririka. He said he had once faced similar setbacks before getting help after seeing a poster in Wandegeya and later calling directly. Ronald did not act immediately, but he kept the contact.
That same week, while scrolling online, he found more stories from people in Jinja, Masaka, Mbarara and Soroti speaking about business growth, peace in the home and renewed hope after reaching out. He decided to call.
“I thought it would be another empty promise,” Ronald said. “But Dr Kashiririka listened properly and told me not to give up.”
He says after following the guidance he received, things slowly began improving. New customers started coming. He found better suppliers and profits returned. The constant tension at home also reduced.
Today, Ronald says his stall is doing well and he has added more products. He works with confidence, sleeps peacefully and no longer fears tomorrow.
“When life is going badly, even small things hurt more,” he said. “Once peace returns, everything starts making sense again.”
Across places like Busega, Gayaza, Mukono and Jinja Road, many continue sharing similar testimonies after hearing about Dr Kashiririka through referrals, posters, social media ads and website reviews.
If business is slow, money disappears quickly or your home has lost peace, you can contact Dr Kashiririka directly for help.
