A small scale trader from Nairobi has shared how his struggling business recorded a sudden turnaround after months of poor sales, unpaid bills, and dwindling customer traffic that had pushed him to the edge of closure.

Sales suddenly rise

The businessman said the trouble began when daily sales dropped without clear explanation. “Customers stopped coming. Even loyal clients disappeared,” he said.
