A quiet residential estate in Kakamega was thrown into discussion after a long running secret love affair came to an abrupt end following what one party described as a protective spiritual intervention. The affair, which had been hidden from close friends and family, reportedly collapsed when events unfolded unexpectedly.

According to a man involved in the situation, the relationship had started discreetly but gradually became emotionally draining. “I felt trapped and confused. I knew it was wrong, but I could not walk away,” he said.

Affair exposed

The man said clarity came after he sought guidance focused on protection and emotional stability. Soon after, the affair partner reportedly began behaving unpredictably, eventually confessing the relationship to close relatives.

“She told everything herself. I did not push her,” he said. “That is when I realised the situation had reached its end.”

Counsellors say affairs frequently thrive in silence and confusion, urging individuals to seek honest solutions before situations escalate. They also encouraged families to handle such matters privately to avoid long term emotional harm.

The man said the experience taught him the value of honesty and boundaries. “I feel lighter now. Even though it was painful, it was necessary,” he said, adding that he is now focused on rebuilding trust and personal discipline.
