In a story that has touched many people across Uganda and beyond, an unemployed PhD holder recently took to the streets carrying placards and appealing directly to the President for help in finding a job. The scholar, despite years of dedication, sacrifice, and academic achievement, expressed deep frustration and heartbreak over being unable to secure employment.
