For the longest time, saving money felt impossible for me. Every month, I promised myself that I would start putting something aside, but by the time payday came and went, I would be left with almost nothing. It wasn’t that I didn’t earn enough my problem was that money just never seemed to stay in my hands. Bills, emergencies, and impulsive spending always found a way to empty my pockets.
I reached a point where I started believing I was just unlucky with money. No matter how hard I tried, something unexpected always came up a broken fridge, a sick relative, or car repairs. My friends were buying land and starting businesses, while I could barely survive from one month to the next.
