Panic struck a small village in Kisii after mysterious smoke appeared in the sky just hours after a burial ceremony, sending residents fleeing from their homes in fear. Witnesses described the smoke as thick, dark, and moving in circles above the homestead where an elderly woman had been buried earlier that day.
According to locals, the incident happened around 7 p.m., shortly after the mourners had dispersed. “We had just finished eating when we heard people shouting outside,” said Mary, a neighbour. “When we came out, we saw the smoke forming strange shapes in the air.
