For months, my life felt like it was slowly slipping away from me. I would wake up tired, drag myself through the day, and collapse into bed long before the sun even set. Simple tasks like sweeping the house, walking to the shop, or even talking for long felt exhausting. My body felt heavy, my mind foggy, and my energy completely gone.
