For as long as I can remember, my monthly periods were a nightmare. Every month, I would curl up in bed, crying from the pain. I couldn’t go to work, couldn’t eat, and sometimes even fainted from the cramps.
Painkillers became my best friends, but they only worked for a few hours. After that, the pain came back even worse. Doctors told me it was normal just “bad periods” and advised me to take more rest and drink water. But nothing ever worked.…CONTINUE READING
